What we do, and how often we say it.

Once a year we publish a transparency report. Subprocessors, data requests, breach disclosures, policy changes, quarterly verifications. This page is where the report lives.

01The annual report.

Cadence.

Published once a year, on the anniversary of subscription launch. Covers the preceding twelve months.
What it includes.

Subprocessor changes, data-request counts (government, civil, DSAR), breach disclosures (if any), material policy changes, training-off verification summary, and any change to the refusals bundle published on /principles.

This page. Past reports archived below as they accumulate.

02First annual report.

The first transparency report will publish on the one-year anniversary of subscription launch. Until then, this page documents the cadence and what to expect.

03Quarterly verifications.

Subprocessor configurations re-verified every 90 days.

Training-off status, DPA currency, role scope. Each verification timestamped and logged. The annual report consolidates the quarterly summary.

2026-07-02. Next due 2026-09-30. The full verification log is published continuously.

04Past reports.

No annual reports yet. The first publishes on the launch-anniversary.
